Cross Country Week One Practice Information
Due to the heat expected this week, our first week of practice will be as follows:
Monday — 5:00 PM
* Gather roster and contact information
* Light workout in the shade
Tuesday – Thursday — 6:45 – 7:45 AM
Friday — 5:00 PM
